One dead and ten injured in a new terrorist attack in London . It was masterminded by a 48 years old man who has been arrested on suspicious of attempted murder after the van,which was hired from South Wales ,mounted the pavement and veered into a congregation outside the Muslim welfare house,near Fisbury park mosque in London
