Sofia Vergere is saying something about the controversial embryo.

Sofia filed for a motion last week to use her ex fiance deposition from a previous lawsuits in her court order to ensure that her frozen embryo are not carried to term.

The 45 years old model was sued by her ex fiance Nick,41 ,in early 2015 for the custody of the female embryo.
