Former Jigawa state governor Saminu Turaki arrested by the EFCC.

The former Jigawa state governor Saminu Turaki was arrested by the economic and financial commission for allegedly mismanaging state fund while he was governor of Jigawa state.

Back in 2013,Turaki was declared wanted by federal high Court sitting in Dutse ,the Jigawa state Capital .

He is being investigated for financial fraud while he was in the office.

It is being reported that Turaki has been evading  court appearance for his prosecution following which  the court issued an  arrest warrant.
