Senator McCain : Obama better than Trump in leadership

Senator  McCain once called Obama foreign policies reckless still instisted that his 2008 rival still provided global leadership than the current one.
The world is not sure of American leadership whether it is Siberian or Antarctical.
He said the body language of current leadership shows that America does not want to leed.
