PERSONNEL TESTING AT WORKING PLACE

✊Personnel testing is a device used in some organization  for staffing and other related matters. It is used to measure individual differences , identify intellectual  ability , identify emotionally disturbed , and for placement , discipline , transfer , hiring of new workers.

These test include the following:
1 group testing :This is when different kind and types of people are pitched towards one another just to know the best out of all of them .This  kind of   kind of testing can be used for soft skill of an individuals e g your ability to act under stress , do you like to face challenges or avoiding it

2 aptitude test : This kind of testing  will  test your both mathematical , psychological  skill and English  language. This kind of testing can be deployed when to many people are contesting for  the same  position

3 motivational  test : This kind of test involve some kind of motivation to know who to recruit

4 train ability test: This kind of test is being done for mainly internal workers that are contesting for a position in the same company.

5 skill and performance test : This kind of testing is based on individual skill , what you can do in other to qualify for the said job . It involves interpersonal skill. Somebody has to prove his or herself for   recruitment

6 intelligent test ; Is commonly use when  we have many candidates looking for the same job . Various psychological testing are deploy to know if a candidate is right  for the advertised position
