HOW TO HANDLE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Human  resources is the most significant resources available to organizations.
Therefore, proper personnel selection ,recruitment,placement and training is inevitable to achieve broader organization goal and to  maximize organization benefit. This issues relating to personnel selection and development has to be handle in most technical ways and professional manner.
       This is because in all human endeavor ,the human resources available to the organization are the most important assets achieve organization effectiveness and efficiency .The labor or personnel inputs is crucial to the success of the organization .
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF PERSONNEL SELECTIONS

  1. OBJECTIVE PERSONNEL SELECTION:This is aim at fixing right person to the right job.In it common standard of performance measurement are used for every applicant irrespective of religion,  race, ethnic group, state of origin .It is free from personnel prejudice ,individual biases or stereotypes .Equally,  it uses standardized measurement and test to recruit,select,          place,promote workers ,It leads to organization efficiency and effectiveness ,workers dedication,high productivity, high morale ,job satisfactions,and high motivation
  2. SUBJECTIVE PERSONNEL SELECTION:In this type of personnel selection ,subjective standard measurement are used to select and recruit  personnel.This is because it doesn't use common standard selection to test applicants rather it uses indices like ethnic, religion, bribery,bottom power,long legs,god father ism. It is not free from personal bias and prejudice and its consequence    including putting a round peg in a square hole ,hold general inefficiency ,low motivation ,low morale,low productivity, ineffectiveness,job dissatisfaction ,lip service or eye service and sabotage.TO BE CONTINUE
